OHI of Virginia, Inc. (doing business as OHI Design) was founded in 2002 as a Virginia Corporation. OHI Design is now a family owned and operated company.  Through hard work, dedication and working his way up through the ranks, Mr. Les Nicholson became President and CEO in 2012.  In his previous roles as Production Manager, then Vice President he learned to understand the importance of a great team. The OHI’s team’s focus is on customer service and delivering an excellent end result. OHI believes that the passion for design, organizational skills and workforce experience delivers a strong, balanced approach and foundation for our customers’ home remodeling experience. With this belief, OHI Design has continued on as a Top Home Design and Remodeling Company earning many awards throughout the years. Our growth has allowed us to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Today, the majority of all sales are generated from previous customers and referrals.
