Dear Appreciated Clients,

As a family owned and operated business we more than any understand how important it is to keep your families safe as well as yourselves during this difficult time. We are consistently checking all CDC guidelines and making sure that all policies set in place are being followed.

We are writing this important message to let you know how OHI Design is responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. OHI Design is taking this situation very seriously; the safety of our employees, clients, trade partners and vendors is of the highest importance now and always. We are implementing and adapting all policies and procedures to ensure safe practices, while continuing to provide our clients with the highest level of service in all aspects of your projects (future and ongoing).

All employees have been instructed to work remotely when possible, and employees who cannot work remotely have been instructed on social distancing as recommended by the CDC.

Our Showrooms is now operating solely on an appointment only basis. All contact surfaces in our showroom are being meticulously cleaned to be sure of the safety of everyone who enters.

Current Clients

For ongoing projects, as always our installers are keeping job-sites as clean as possible and utilizing zip walls, floor coverings and protection to cut down on the spread of dust and germs spreading to other areas of the home. At OHI Design we believe in open communication, if you would like to discuss additional job protection, hygiene concerns or bathroom usage, please do not hesitate to speak with your Lead Carpenter, Project Manager and/or Designer or call us here at the office (703)257-7438.

Future Clients

All of our designers will continue to conduct home visits as needed and requested by clients. That being said, we will be as efficient as possible to cut down on the time spent in your home. Each designer has been given alcohol based hand sanitizer to use before and after each appointment. We will also be practicing social distancing in your home and if you prefer, please let us know and we can wear a mask in your home as well. We have also adapted our FREE estimates by providing virtual appointments or e-mail communication.

OHI Design will remain open to serve the needs of our clients’ future, past and current. We are all available via phone or email to answer any questions. Our business has been standing strong for over 18 years and we look forward to the time when our country heals and we can move forward stronger.
